To the Senate Democrats:

President Bush has made an outstanding choice in Sam Alito, reflecting the values of mainstream Americans and the outcome of countless recent elections.

Standing against Judge Alito would be a brazen effort to impose your minority opinions on the highest court in the United States. And we won't stand for it.

Conservatives have shown their strength and their seriousness on this issue throughout this past October. We will continue to do so, standing with our President to win. We demand a fair, cordial confirmation hearing. And if you don't give it to us, we will do everything in our power to end judicial filibusters once and for all, and to turn out every last conservative vote in 2006 against you.

Give the President's nominee a fair up or down vote. Or face America's wrath. The choice is yours.
